I used this little tiny batter for mini spot welder and I was able to spot weld pure copper 0.1 thick 8mm wide but I make a cut in the copper strip in the middle between the two welding pins spot to eliminate the current to run through copper from one pin to the other pin and to force the current to run through dead battery for test and was success, then I test a new cheap mini spot welder on the same copper strip on but the spot welder was a piece of garbage which keeps the mosfet open which just like making spot welding directly from the battery without the controller welder like direct short between positive and negative perhaps for one second or slightly more or less and Battery was really great because it didn?t losses the connection inside the battery between the 4S cells.
