The locomotive radio receiver (35040) offers all the operating features of the analog control units of the 35028 set with some extras:
The loco radio receiver has a handy design and fits into most garden railroad locomotivesThe receiver also has two function contacts, which ia. the activation of the horn / whistle as well as the bell at a separate sound module serveThe receiver is intended for battery operation (batteries not included). Alternatively, the receiver may also be operated with a 7-22 volt DC source, e.g. the tension on the trackThe receiver has simple and user-friendly connections for the motor / light as well as the two function outputsWith the locomotive radio receiver (35040) and your garden rail locomotive equipped with batteries, you can remotely control the train from anywhere - e.g. on dirty or de-energized tracks!
